Check-in & Departure
Check-in is from 8:30 - 9:00 am each day, beginning on Monday morning. Be sure to let your camp director know if you arrive after check-in time so we can coordinate check-in and provide a nice welcome.
The Institute ends each evening at 8:00 pm. On Monday evening and Thursday evening, we will have an optional family night that runs from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
On Thursday evening we will have our closing ceremony as part of our evening session that evening.

Release Forms & Waivers
There are several forms required for your student to attend camp. These forms may be completed by going to your online account in the Parent Portal. Please complete all forms before your student arrives at camp.
Note: All of these release forms and waivers will be necessary for your student to be able to check in for camp.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Students canceling more than two weeks prior to the Institute will be refunded their entire camp fee, less the non-refundable deposit. Students canceling within two weeks of the Institute will forfeit all fees collected. If cancellation is necessary, please contact us by phone.

Dress Code
Dress for the Institute is “camp casual.” Although the dress is casual, all clothing should be modest out of respect for each other. Students may wear loose-fitting shorts or pants and t-shirts. No short skirts/shorts, leggings, crop tops, or think tank tops are allowed, and all undergarments should be fully covered. Please feel free to bring a change of clothing as we will have free time activities each afternoon.

Medications
If your student has any prescription medications that need to be administered during the course of the days during the Institute, please let our director team know during check in.
-
Withdrawals & Dismissals
The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss any student whose influence and conduct becomes detrimental to the best interest of the program. No refunds will be made for dismissed students or withdrawals. The only exception is a withdrawal on a doctor’s orders, in which case Worldview Academy will issue a $25 refund for each remaining day of camp. Students will not be allowed to leave the Institute unless pre-arranged with the Camp Director.
