Your tuition balance must be received four (4) weeks prior to your camp start date. Students whose balances are not paid at that time will be removed from the roster and forfeit all monies paid. The deposit is non-refundable but fully transferrable to another camp in the same calendar year.

Payments may be made through your online account by clicking on the Parent Portal link here. The Parent Portal is also located in the main navigation menu at the top of the website.

Check-in & Departure
Check-in is from 2:30-4:15 pm on Sunday. Be sure to let your camp director know if you arrive after check-in time so we can coordinate check in and provide a nice welcome.
Departure is between 11:30 am - 12:00 pm (before lunch) on Friday.Please join us on Friday at 9:15 am for the last session and subsequent parent meeting. Updated closing information will be sent to you by Wednesday via e-mail.

Release Forms & Waivers
There are several forms required for your student to attend camp. These forms may be completed by going to your online account in the Parent Portal. Please complete all forms before your student arrives at camp.
Note: All of these release forms and waivers will be necessary for your student to be able to check in for camp.

Transportation
Due to airline regulations and safety concerns, Worldview Academy does not offer a camp shuttle service to and from local airports, bus depots, or train stations. If your student is traveling to camp from out of town, please have a local contact identified who could pick up your student from camp if necessary.

Electronics
All electronics (recording equipment, mp3 players, cell phones, laptops, tablets, e-readers, etc.) are prohibited at camp. The exception here is most cameras. Any prohibited electronics will be collected by our staff on the first night of camp and returned to your student on the final day of camp.

Lost & Found
Label everything! If you believe your student left an item at camp, it probably made it back to our office with us! Please contact our office after August 15th to check. Any lost item that your student would like returned will be sent COD. Worldview Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Students canceling more than two weeks prior to their camp session will be refunded their entire camp fee, less the non-refundable deposit. Students canceling within two weeks of their session will forfeit all fees collected. If cancellation is necessary, please contact us by phone.

Dress Code
Dress for camp is “camp casual.” Although the dress is casual, all clothing should be modest out of respect for each other. Students may wear loose-fitting shorts or pants and t-shirts. No short skirts/shorts, leggings, crop tops, or thin tank tops are allowed, and all undergarments should be fully covered. Please feel free to bring appropriate outdoor clothing for typical outdoor activities. (Frisbee games, volleyball, color team relay, basketball, and other camp games that we may play during the course of the week).

Medications
Please turn any prescription medications in to our staff when you check in your student on Sunday. We will have a dedicated member of staff who will keep them safe and help your student to remember to take them as needed.

Withdrawals & Dismissals
The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss any student whose influence and conduct becomes detrimental to the best interest of the program. No refunds will be made for dismissed students or withdrawals. The only exception is a withdrawal on a doctor’s orders, in which case Worldview Academy will issue a $50 refund for each remaining day of camp. Students will not be allowed to leave camp for any reason other than an emergency unless prior arrangements have been made with the Camp Director, by student’s parents.

Illness
Please note that any student attending camp with a fever of 100.4 F and above will not be allowed to remain at camp and arrangements will be made with the student’s parents to pick them up.
