As a discipleship staff member, you’ll preach the gospel to every student with words, and even more with actions. You’ll build strong relationships, ask tough questions, and apply the lessons taught in lectures directly to the students’ lives. You’ll invest your life in theirs. The demands are high and the responsibilities are many, but the rewards are eternal.

We are looking for committed disciples of Christ who want to invest their life in the lives of the next generation.
Serving with Worldview Academy will be one of the most difficult and yet most rewarding experiences of your life. As you love students with the love that Christ has shown you, the Lord will be at work in mighty ways. You will learn what it means to sacrificially serve others, and experience the joy of dying to yourself as you work hard and lay down your preferences and desires for the sake of your students and your team. As you do so, you will watch God display His glory in and through you. You will grow in your walk with the Lord and be refreshed and renewed through time in His Word and with the rest of the staff team. You will also gain incredible experience coming alongside younger students who want to follow Christ faithfully, encouraging and challenging them to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which they have been called.
First, read through the staff information packet and complete the application found on this page. Once we receive this application, you will be sent part two, which includes short- and long-answer essay questions. After receiving part two of the staff application, our team will reach out to set up an interview with you. Your application will be considered complete once we have received information from your two personal references and have completed our video interview with you.
Yes! It is not a requirement to have been a student at Worldview Academy in order to join our staff team. If you have a heart to serve the Lord through investing in the next generation, then joining our staff team may be a great fit for you!
Worldview Academy covers almost all of your expenses for the entirety of the time you serve, including your room and board both during the week and on the weekends. The only thing we ask our staff to pay for is their travel to staff training and home from camp.

Staff training is designed to prepare and equip you for your experience and responsibilities during the summer. Through various sessions we cover the basics of camp and leading small groups, review policies and procedures for camp, and provide time for you to start building relationships with the other members on your team. Staff training takes place the week before the camp season starts.
We do our best to notify all applicants as soon as we have made a decision on their application. Early decision applicants will be notified in December. All applicants will be notified of our hiring decisions by the second week of March at the latest.
